Key Pay allows Cross Keys Bank customers to send money both safely and conveniently though their mobile device on the Cross Keys Bank app or online on the Cross Keys Bank website using their debit card.
- Cross Keys Bank customers can send money to nearly anyone (i.e., splitting lunch with colleagues, kids away at college, babysitter, lawn mowing service, etc.) from their accounts with a simple click or tap. All you need to know is the recipient's email address or phone number.
- To use Key Pay, simply log into your online banking through your Cross Keys Bank mobile banking app on your smart phone or on the web on Cross Keys Bank Online Banking. Navigate to Key Pay to open the "Send Money" Page and input recipient's mobile number or email address, transfer amount and your Cross Keys Bank debit card information.
- The recipient of the money will receive an email or text message with a link which will allow them to input their account number or debit card number to receive the money.
- The funds are then deposited into the recipient's account, nearly instantly if an eligible card is provided. If the account number is provided, it takes approximately 1-3 days.
